The primary responsibilities for Highlands Corporate Center included managing a renovation of the common areas that was designed to keep the property competitive within its high-end submarket, retaining tenants, and overseeing leasing. Three Flags Plaza required the expertise to complete an entire common area upgrade and re-tenanting effort.
