Biltmore Ocean View Hills Association is a planned industrial development comprised of 88,000 square feet of industrial/flex space located in Otay Mesa, CA. This project is unique in that there are six separate buildings that are divided into six suites per building. The common area includes all building shells, exterior improvements, landscape, signage, and parking areas.
Meissner Jacquét Initiatives:
Managed the Association during the development stage to assist in creation of the governing documents, preparation of the preliminary budget, and new buyer issues. Meissner Jacquét continues to manage the Association in a first class manner.
