Torrey Pines Science Center Association is a 140-acre San Diego property featuring 454,951 square feet of rentable space. The Association consists of research and development entities.

This Association faces special challenges, as it is in a Scientific Research (SR) zone located near urban and natural runoff slopes. To prevent erosion, the Association must maintain detention basins at the base of two slopes that require regular upkeep and yearly maintenance. As Manager of the Torrey Pines Science Center Association since 2000, Meissner Jacquét oversees this crucial work, among other pertinent projects.

Garnet Pacific Plaza Owners Association

The Garnet Pacific Plaza Owners Association in Pacific Beach, CA was originally constructed in 1984 and underwent significant renovation to convert the approximately 19,170 square feet, single owner building into a commercial condo association.

Meissner Jacquét was the Property Manager and was also retained as the Construction Manager for the renovation, Project Manager for the condominium conversion, and Association Manager. Meissner Jacquét was involved in all aspects of the conversion, including drafting the governing documents, preparing a preliminary budget, and marketing and new buyer issues.
